We are happy to accept returns on unopened products within 60 days of purchase, provided that the products are returned in their original, unused, and sealed condition.
All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. To request a return, please contact us at support@beyondalpha.co with your order number and clear photos of the unopened and sealed products you wish to return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the products.
Please note that opened or used products cannot be accepted for standard returns.
If a product does not arrive or arrives damaged, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Where a refund is approved, the credit will generally be applied to the original payment method.

Beyond Alpha offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on eligible products. If you do not perceive any benefits after taking our supplements, please contact our customer service team within 60 days of your purchase.
For the guarantee to apply, the following conditions may apply:
- The guarantee applies to eligible 1-jar / 1-month purchases.
- For bundles, the refund may be limited to the first month's supply.
- Products must be taken according to the recommended dosage and instructions.
- The guarantee does not apply solely because of taste or flavor preferences.
- Additional conditions may apply to certain gut-related products or promotional programs.
30-Day Challenge Guarantee
For eligible 30 Day Challenge purchases, refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Customers must complete the challenge according to the provided instructions, including using the included products for the required period and following the applicable diet and usage guidelines. Before-and-after photos may be required to demonstrate that the expected results were not achieved.
Refund requests may be denied if the challenge was not completed as required, required documentation was not provided, or the request was submitted after the applicable 60-day period.
