Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed on the same or next business day.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are generally processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are generally processed on the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Tracking

All Beyond Alpha orders are shipped with tracking information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment.

United States Shipping

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

- FedEx Next Day Air
- USPS First Class Mail: approximately 4–7 business days
- FedEx Ground Economy: approximately 2–5 business days

Alaska and Hawaii:

- FedEx Ground Economy: approximately 10–14 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: approximately 3–4 business days

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Beyond Alpha cannot guarantee the carrier's delivery timeframe.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, returned to sender, or appears to be missing, please contact our customer service team.

Please provide your order number and the name used when placing the order so that we can investigate the shipment.

Customer service inquiries are generally responded to within 48 hours. Customer service may not be available on weekends.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to modify the order before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after an order has entered processing.

An additional fee may apply when an incorrect address requires intervention from our warehouse.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship orders on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
